The season begins as a team competition before dissolving into an individual battle, raising the stakes as the chefs fight to outlast their rivals and claim the $100,000 grand prize. Only the most resilient, strategic, and adaptive chef will survive island life and the pressure of the competition.

Season 1, Episode 01 – “Welcome to the Island”
Twelve chefs arrive on a remote island and are immediately thrown into the elements, forced to work in teams and cook without traditional tools or electricity. As they scramble to build their kitchens and struggle to light fires, each team must deliver a three-course meal for the esteemed judges. In round one, a venomous threat in the basket tests their nerve as unstable flames and clashing strategies threaten to derail both teams. The lowest-performing chefs are sent to the Gauntlet for a head-to-head battle. In brutal weather, they must break down and cook a formidable creature from the sea. Which Castaway will fight their way back, and who will be the first chef chopped?
