Unfortunately these episodes have the laugh track and some scenes cut. I have the DVDs without the laugh track and no cuts. Much better way to watch this show and the creator's original intent. The network would only do the show if laugh track was included.

@AL
I don't think that is the case - the first episode (ie Pilot episode) does have the laugh track yes, but none of the rest do. And they all run a consistent 24-25 minutes which is what I remember the uncut versions being.

Ah, glad that the laugh track is removed.
I've only watched the 1st episode and found it off putting.

I only grabbed the Pilot episode. Odd that it is the only episode with laugh track. Maybe it is also the only episode that is cut. Could be why it has the laugh track. The DVD Pilot episode is 28 minutes. A whole scene is missing from the playweb copy. The picture quality for these WEB copies is not better and at times worse than the DVD. At least for the pilot.

Yeah, back then there were fewer options for TV watching. 19 million viewers was average numbers. I have the UNAIRED pilot and it is 30:22. The other pilot I have is 28:43 (the one I was referring to yesterday) . The playweb is 24:15 (really 24:08 if you remove the Shout! Studio clip from beginning, which the others don't have). So there are three different versions of the pilot. I believe the pilot posted by playweb is cut for content, not that the missing scene is that bad. Censorship is crazy these days. I would grab the DVD set if the price is right. If you download from usenet I could steer you to my copies.
