Plot: Lethal Panther II is an action movie like so many others that have been done in Hong Kong in the 90's. There is action, a lot, but it is not necessarily entertaining. The beginning and the end of this movie are Ok, but between, the action is separated in little spurts that are not, even at least, entertaining. Lethal Panther I is, in my opinion, better 7/10
