In Scunthorpe, a catastrophic road traffic collision between a delivery van and a car results in the occupants needing hospital treatment and the air ambulance being called. Moff and Dan Wright must get to the bottom of what’s caused this devastating crash and quickly acquire dashcam footage that firmly points the finger at one of the drivers
