One of the select few chefs in the world with three Michelin stars, Dani Garcia, reveals what’s needed when the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo book a table. Property developer Paul Bramley shows us around his latest multi-million-euro property, which along with two pools, a spa and a cinema room also has an exclusive golf course at the end of the garden. And former Le Mans driver turned high-end car dealer Jan Struve shows us the latest limited edition supercars he’s stocking for his super rich clientele. We meet Spanish film and TV superstar Maria Bravo, a Marbella native, as she prepares for her exclusive annual charity fundraiser, attended by the likes of Eva Longeria and Antonio Banderas. But it’s not all work for Maria, as she relaxes with a gold leaf spa treatment. And we hear how Marbella has rebuilt its highend reputation after seeing it decline in the 1980s and 1990s with package holidays and an influx of criminals on the run.
