Survival Mode adds a new way to play The Hive, built around one simple idea: your swarm persists.

Instead of resetting between missions, your units carry over to the next level, keeping their stats, levels, items, and upgrades. The resources you collect also carry over, which makes exploration and efficient clearing far more valuable.

Losses matter, resources are tighter, and every upgrade choice has long-term consequences. Build a colony that can endure, not just win the next fight.

Survival Mode is designed for players who want higher stakes, harder decisions, and the tension of a campaign where mistakes follow you.
